About me

Hi, I’m Dan. Growing up in Birdwood and now living on a farm in Gould Creek, I've always had a strong connection to the Adelaide Hills and surrounding communities. Having played the majority of my football career Birdwood Football Club and spent many years involved in local sport, I understand how important it is to stay active, independent and doing the things you enjoy.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of South Australia, I've worked for years with people of all ages and abilities, helping them recover from injury, manage pain and improve their quality of life. My experience includes treating musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, balance and falls prevention, and paediatric physiotherapy.

I'm passionate about providing evidence-based, hands-on physiotherapy combined with personalised exercise programs that help people achieve meaningful, long-term results. Whether you're recovering from surgery, living with a neurological condition, managing ongoing pain or simply wanting to move more confidently, my goal is to help you regain independence and get back to the activities that matter most.

By bringing physiotherapy directly to your home, I aim to make high-quality care more accessible for people throughout the Adelaide Hills.
